Invented in 1958 by Mr. Henri Bendel, Belgian Loafers are a timeless classic that are a must in every gentleman's wardrobe.
Here we are showing the full strap variety with an embossed calf faux crocodile strap which adds a bold look.
Belgian loafers are slim / sleek and have a small presence on the foot. Adding to the sleekness is the ultra thin leather sole. They are soft, light, and comfortable.
Made with Repello Suede from the Charles Stead Tannery in England, a special "Gum Oil" application acts to darken and enrich the base dying and further enhance the rich appearance and touch of the suede.
Blake construction allows for these to be resoled. The sole is stitched to the upper unlike many other Belgian Loafer varieties which simply use glue or cement.
Ready to wear with a rubber protector already added. No trip to the cobbler needed!
