Return Policy

This page outlines our general return policies, but they may vary by product and shipping country. For the most accurate return information, please refer to the return policy listed on the individual product page or contact us directly. If any details on this page differ from what is shown on a product page, the product page will take precedence.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item for unused regular or sale priced items.

For US and Canadian returns, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for $30 per pair of shoes. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping and tariff charges if applicable are not eligible to be refunded.

For all other countries you are responsible to ship the goods back to Canada at your own cost via UPS or FedEx. 

Deposits or Payment for pre-orders, stock service or special orders / MTO's are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Delivery times stated for these orders are estimates and we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to delays.

Returns for Barbour, Paraboot, Barker, Loake, Cheaney and Sanders products need to be shipped back to the UK. We are not able to provide a pre paid label for items that need to be shipped back to the UK, these will need to be sent at your own cost. 

Please use a indoor carpeted surface to try on shoes and walk softly to minimize creasing in the leather. We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn outside.

If you cancel your order before it ships then a 5% order cancellation fee would apply.  

We not liable for shipments lost in transit. As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
