Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item for any unused regular or sale priced items.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and the product until it reaches us, we strongly recommend to return the item using a trackable shipping method.
For US and Canadian returns, we can provide a pre-paid shipping label for $30 per pair of shoes. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping, taxes, and tariff charges are not eligible to be refunded.
Please use a indoor carpeted surface to try on shoes and walk softly to minimize creasing in the leather. We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn outside.
Deposits or Payment for pre-orders, stock service or special orders / MTO's are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Delivery times stated for these orders are estimates and we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to delays.
Returns for Barbour, Paraboot, Barker, Loake, Cheaney and Sanders products need to be shipped back to the UK, all other returns are shipped to Vancouver, Canada. We are not able to provide a pre paid label for items that need to be shipped back to the UK, these will need to be sent at your own cost.
If you cancel your order before it ships then a 5% order cancellation fee would apply.
Please note that some other products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be marked on the individual product page.
We not liable for shipments lost in transit. As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
