Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. For customers in Canada and the contiguous United States, we provide a prepaid UPS return label. A fee of $30 per pair of shoes is mandatory and will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to request your return label. Any tariffs or import fees paid by U.S. customers are non-refundable. These appear in the cart as a shipping charge but actually represent duties and taxes we prepay on your behalf. Customers outside Canada and the contiguous United States are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping to Canada via UPS.
